I ran the USAF Half Marathon and completed with a PR- 2:10! That is fast for me, 18 min faster than my last half in May. The girls were so excited to see me finish and they want to run some races now. I ran for the Hospice team and got treated to a wonderful massage in the hospitality tent afterwards. It was great!
